Important notice regarding the Coronavirus Pandemic

Dear customers, thank you for visiting Winnens. The following information briefly outlines the measures we are incorporating to allow us to be operational whilst maintaining safety for our customers and staff.

Store visits and sampling

Our Cheltenham store is open by appointment only.

For an appointment, you can send a request via our contact page on the website, message us through Facebook, use the online booking system on the website or leave us an answerphone message. Once we have received your message or request, we will contact you with a list of available slots.

During your visit to the store we would ask that you wear your face mask and use the hand sanitizer provided when entering the store.

If you have the NHS Test and Trace app, we have the QR code for you to scan in store.

Please do not visit the store if you currently have any Coronavirus symptoms and please be aware that visits are limited to 2 people per visit (Children are welcome).

Alternatively, send us your sample requests and we will have them sent to your home or business address.

Virtual surveys
If you can use a tape measure and would prefer to not have a home visit we can offer a Zoom call survey where we can guide you through the measuring process in order for us to provide you with a quotation.

Home Visits for surveys and Fitting

All our staff will have been briefed on the importance of protecting you and themselves during a visit.

We will have appropriate PPE and any staff member showing any signs of Coronavirus will not be allowed into work. We would ask that if anyone in your household is self-isolating or showing symptoms of Coronavirus that you cancel your appointment until you are clear.
